With ArcSoft ShowBiz DVD 2 you can easily and quickly capture, edit and burn your videos and photos to DVD and VCD. You can even capture audio from CD, and record live video and audio to add to your project. Its extensive selection of transitions and effects will help you to author your discs and give them a pro-like touch. You can choose between a storyboard and a timeline interface, or can switch to the Quick DVD option and let the wizard guide you through the whole process.
ShowBiz DVD 2 offers you a wide choice of sources to import your media files. The program supports a long list of media formats, so you can easily import almost any video, image or audio file already in your system into your project, and use them to create a slideshow or a movie. Alternatively, you can always import video and audio clips from any DVD or CD, scanner or camera. Besides, ArcSoft ShowBiz DVD 2 includes a handy library of sample videos, audios and animations that will help you to add a professional look and feel to your disc.
The editing functionality is simple but effective. You can add visual effects to both your videos and photos, inserting them anywhere and for as long as you like. Its more than one hundred different smooth transitions are also very easily and effectively applied. It is so simple that it almost makes the Quick DVD option unnecessary. However, this utility is actually very useful when you need to have your DVD authored and burnt right away. Another option is to go directly to the Create tab, where you can choose between burning a DVD without menus or chapters, and go through the whole designing process.
Before writing your disc (either on disc or on your hard drive), an attractive remote will allow you to preview the whole recording, moving through the different menus, options, chapters, etc.
All in all, a very pleasant DVD authoring tool that makes capturing and editing video a very rewarding task. |
